How to return your purchases at BALMOHK

At BALMOHK, we want your experience to be simple and convenient. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date to return it. You can do so in three ways:

1. Return in physical store (free)

You can return your items to any of our BALMOHK stores. All you need is:

• Bring the product in its original condition , unused and with all its labels.

• Present the electronic ticket or purchase invoice (you can find it in your confirmation email or in your user account).

We'll process your return in-store, and you'll receive a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

2. Return to a drop-off point

If you prefer not to go to the store, you can drop off your package at an authorized pickup location.

• Request a return from your account on the website or app ( My Orders > Return Product ).

• Choose the nearest drop-off point and you'll receive a QR code or return label by email.

• Place the product in its original packaging and deliver it to the selected location.

The cost of this service will be automatically deducted from the refund amount (see rates in the “Help” section).

3. Return by mail or courier

You can also send us the package on your own:

• Prepare the product in its original packaging .

• Include a copy of the electronic ticket or invoice .

Shipping costs will be your responsibility. We recommend using a certified or trackable service to avoid incidents.

General requirements for any return

• The item must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.

• Returns are not accepted on personalized items, underwear, swimsuits without sanitary pads, earrings, or unsealed cosmetics.

• Once we receive and review the product, we will process your refund using the same payment method.
